Filming Locations
[edit]The film is apparently at least partially shot in Braintree Massachussetts. I feel this is noteworthy enough to be added to the article.
I have a link to articles about it but Wikipedia won't let me post it — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pokelego999 (talk • contribs) 23:47, 4 November 2021 (UTC)
Quality of singing voices.
[edit]Ferrell, Reynolds, and Spencer are not great singers. Were any other performers considered who had more singing talent or were Ferrell and Reynolds so involved with the production that it was out of the question? When I think that their performances were adequate because it makes them sound like real people, and that's okay, one of them struggles in a song and makes me cringe.
On the plus side, I think that the dancing is good, especially that of the ensemble with which they surrounded themselves. The afterlife outfits look like they could be an homage to "Star Trek: The Next Generation". Was that on purpose? Were there more Easter eggs beyond "Home Alone" and "Elf" that I missed?
