Age of the organ[edit]

Someone had written that the organ at the church before 2009 (when it was replaced) dated from 1860. The church was only built in 1902 which made this look implausible so I removed it.

Courtesy of Mr. Google I have found what I think may be the source for the (in my opinion) wrong information that I removed. It is here. The relevant phrase runs "... wird eine Orgel nach den Gestaltungsprinzipien des schweizerischen Orgelbaus um 1860 gebaut." To me that indicates that the former instrument was built according to the layout normal for Swiss organs built around 1860. Slightly old fashioned by 1902? Or just a traditional approach? Either way, it doesn't say that the church's earlier organ was actually built in 1860. Unless ... someone reading this knows better? (As a distracting aside, German wikipedia seems to think that the original organ had already been replaced several times between 1905 and 2009. But I think there may be scope for differences of interpretation over what is a replacement and what is simply a major - or even minor - rebuild / expansion.
