Needs sources for claims re establishment and disbanding of the SEC. Disbandment was carried out under Keating -- public knowledge. However, exactly how it was split up is not. Nor are the dates nor mechanisms re establishment. What act in Parliament esablished it? Also, from memory, there was briefly an office of the Electricity Commissioners, if i recall correctly.Jackk 07:46, 13 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
