Statehood Day Redirect

I want to leave it as it is with Statehood Day redirecting to Statehood Day in Slovenia just for today, as there is a link to Statehood Day from the page refering to Statehood Day in Slovenia, but after that link is off the man page, can we make a page referring to a general Statehood Day, or make it redirect to something of that sort?
