Seems "citable" by looking at a map; but what other ports are there above this latitude? Is Pangnirtung or Iqaluit ice-bound in winter....Pretty sure Churchill is, but it's also (I think) to the south a bit.Skookum1 (talk) 09:27, 16 November 2010 (UTC)
