James Anselan Maxwell Stronge[edit]

James Anselan Maxwell Stronge's existence is not unproven! (joern_martin.behrens@uni-bielefeld.de)

Coat of arms[edit]

The coat of arms of the present baronet may not include the 2nd and 3rd quarterings and may be the 1st quartering simplicita - per Debrett's. See also User:Orror - Kittybrewster 07:25, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Information on what the arms represent would be interesting. Astrotrain 17:07, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The image of the arms does not correspond to the blazon in the text. Someone really should replace one or the other. Deor 19:53, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Summarisation[edit]

I am experimentally changing the format of this page to resemble that of the Dashwood Baronets and the Glynne Baronets, providing a short biographical summary of each baronet, both notable and non-notable. Of the baronets who presently have their own articles, I feel that the fourth and sixth baronets are probably non-notable and should be redirected to this page (leaving the categories intact). The first baronet may also be non-notable, as the assistance he provided towards the passage of the Act of Union is not clear, but this is questionable. Please register your feelings on these merge/redirects; I intend to leave sufficient time for discussion before making the mergers. That said, please let the summaries stand for the time being; they provide biography for the second baronet, and will for the seventh, when I get a copy of that article.
