I came here for a definition and there wasn't one, just a brief history of the word. So I added the tenents of structural marxism in. I got all of the information from Stephen J. Krasner's Two Alternative Perspectives. I'm not marxist, so I just did my best job. If anyone knows better feel free to change it.

I'm new to editing. I would like to add a section on the Poulantzas/Miliband debate; there is an "orphan article" on this debate on wiki but I feel like it would fit into the structural Marxism page. Another section that is important for this article is "long term" vs. "short term" interests of capitalism which is alluded to in the overview. If anyone can offer some tips on how I can go about expanding this I would appreciate it. I am familiar with the both topics I have proposed and I'm really just more interested in how to expand this in the proper "wikipedia form."
