Worksection removed

Due to possible violation of copyright, see WP:Copyvio, sections of this article have been removed for now. Now this article is quite complicated, because most has been improved by others after I started it. Some remarks:

I started this article between Oct 4 to 10, 2007, in about 8 steps, see here.
Most have been rewritten Jan 1 to 8, 2008 by User:Umpelby, see here

Now I guess the whole article still needs to be re-checked for possible copyvio's, I have made,

I restored most of the article after rewriting only some of it, because it seems to me:

Umpleby himself rewrote most of the article in a neutral way, adding several short section (with about 2 to 4 sentences)
His contributions have been checked, and this doesn't apply any perminent COI.
