Can someone update the main page noting that the Ariel III helicopter was the first to have a gas turbine engine?

[edit]

According to Vertipedia www.vertipedia.vtol.org[1] the first flight of a helicopter ever powered by a gas turbine took place on on Wednesday, April 18, 1951 in France. However, I'm not sure of the airfield and/or city where this flight took place. See www.vertipedia.vtol.org and see www.vertipedia.vtol.org.

And on another topic. I see that SNCASO www.wikipedia.org/wiki/SNCASO[2] company that built the above helicopter had its headquarters in France. However, the SNCASO web pages doesn't, I believe, state the city where it's headquarters and flight testing took place. The SNCASO web page talks about mergers and that they built a factory in Déols, France but shouldn't their web page have all locations of all their buildings and flight testing airfields?

If someone would kindly update the Sud-Ouest Ariel Wikipedia web page, I'd appreciate. I really don't want to edit the main page because if I make a mistake, I don't want anyone to think I deliberately made a mistake. MikeWest (talk) 17:18, 18 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
