Rather than removing builders Thomas A. Oakes and Thomas W. Morgan, why not leaving at least a paragraph on them. These are important builders in the history of Carmel. I removed this content for a number of reasons, but the most basic is that information like the names of the builder's family members or location of their funeral is not relevant to an article about a building. See also WP:OR which says To demonstrate that you are not adding original research, you must be able to cite reliable, published sources that are directly related to the topic of the article and directly support the material being presented. and was clearly not met by, for just one example, the obituaries used here.
