Plot summary
[edit]Can someone please add a plot summary of the xi qu play? This is one of the core Chinese opera plays. I don’t understand why all the western operas are so well covered on Wikipedia, whereas eastern topics are largely underwritten. [edit]Shouldn't it be made clear in this article (as it is in the Chinese-language Wikipedia article) that this play dates to 1958, with a significant revision made in 1965? How could someone have written an article on this subject, intending it to be encyclopedic, and forgotten to include that basic information? 98.123.38.211 (talk) 21:46, 3 August 2024 (UTC)
