Broad or Mixed gauge?

[edit]

The new Jamuna Bridge is mixed gauge, so shouldn't Tangail be mixed gauge also?

There is a mixed gauge line from the bridge all the way up to Joydebpur near Dhaka. So I think Tangail would be mixed gauge. --Ragib (talk) 05:45, 3 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Etymology

[edit]

Hello, Wikipedians. I have found another source from an uploaded census document about the origins of the name. It's quite similar with the current resource. Kindly check if this can be used. Thanks!
