I'm about to mark this as patrolled as Field Hockey doesn't have a specific notability criteria and thus go off the general NSPORTS guideline "the person has actively participated in a major amateur or professional competition". Obviously the world cup counts, thus the discussion is whether the (semi-final tier) of the Women's FIH Hockey World League is sufficient. As it awards the most qualification positions to the world cup of any of the women's hockey tournaments I'm inclined to think that it's sufficiently important.
