Wilson?
[edit]There's a quote attributed to a "Wilson" not mentioned elsewhere on the page. Went back to the original Entertainment Weekly source article. Only one Wilson there, with the same quote. Is this what we're calling Willie Nelson now? Wilson? Sheesh. Shn525 (talk) 18:32, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
Please keep
[edit]please keep the official poster of the movie on this page, dont remove..thankyou —Preceding unsigned comment added by Brexx (talk • contribs) 14:19, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
- You have not included a fair use rationale for the poster to be used in the article. While such a rationale may seem "obvious" to you, until you provide one, the poster cannot be used on this article. Gwernol 14:25, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
what do u mean i didnt include a fair use rationale, what should i put exactly...
Oscar buzz
[edit]Can you people stop writing the "Oscar contender" stuff? This movie doesn't have a chance at ANY major Oscars (Not even Best Song is likely at this point) and I doubt this article wasn't written by delusional lambs who think Mariah is one day proving that she is an amazing actress and will get an Oscar, seriously, you should just state that it was on limited release, period, not that it was on limited release to qualify for award consideration.
Can we please stop the trash talk? (The person above who wrote that comment obviously never saw Wisegirls or her part in the upcoming movie Precious [formerly called Push].) And, while we're discussing Tennessee, I've noticed that there hasn't been anymore news about the release date (supposedly this month). We need to find some new news for the article!--Freespirit1981 (talk) 00:46, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
We have a new release date!!! :)
[edit]According to the following link, Tennessee will be released to nation-wide theaters on June 5th,2009 : [[1]] ! I got the link from Mariah Daily Journal today. :)--Freespirit1981 (talk) 18:18, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
Love the movie.. Mariah at her best!
[edit]I am from Bristol TN and I lived in Knoxville, Oak Ridge, and Harriman-Warburg for 2 years (I also lived in TX, OK, and AR for 2 years). I was watching "Tennessee" and I was looking at the places it was filmed and I was wondering where was the hospital Ellis was in and I was wondering if that is the middle school near Harriman? I know where the lookout is (I think) I know of a few places that look like that in the parks near Morgan County.
I don't know if anyone will be able to answer these questions. I hope so.
I figured this movie would be a lot bigger. I do know I am going to tell all my friends (readers) that live here (which is a lot, I am a local movie critic). I really think the people here will appreciate this movie. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.168.94.104 (talk) 19:05, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
