Wouldn't it help this page if it had menus? It's tedious to scroll down the entire page.

It appears so. As a teacher-to-be from WA I might have a go later at fixing it up, including the bits that are relevant to an encyclopaedia and simply linking to Curriculum Council and TISC for information students need to know that falls into the "minutiae" category.
