Undiscussed move

[edit]

I would suggest that this should remain at its former location, as The Last Leaf also refers to the poem by O. Henry, a very prominent author, which has been adapted many times (a quick search of IMDb reveals several films). While the poem doesn't yet have its own article, it should be distinguished from the LDS film. ~Araignee (talkcontribs) 19:23, 3 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think if we could create an article for the short story, the title "The Last Leaf" could be used. The procedure on Wikipedia is that if one topic on a term exists, it occupies the so-called primary-topic slot (meaning no disambiguation). Erik (talk | contribs) 20:37, 3 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
If there's only one article, it shouldn't be about a barely-notable short film adaptation of the famous short story, it should be about the famous short story and make mention of the barely-notable short film. That film isn't the only (or the most famous, or even the first) adaptation of the story; it certainly doesn't trump the actual story. I've edited it to remedy that.
