Idea of creating the article "List of The Lion Guard Characters"

[edit]

As per note on the characters section, I was thinking of a createment of the article "List of The Lion Guard Characters", to add all the characters. See if this works, 70.50.137.69 (talk) 23:58, 23 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the idea! Maybe that will fix the problem. Tony1173 (talk) 14:18, 24 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Most of The Lion Guard characters are on the List of The Lion King characters page. If this is done, the entire section there will have to be rewritten. Right? --Rtkat3 (talk) 01:07, 2 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Amateur taxonomy and overlinking

[edit]

This is a cartoon. The specific species of various animals are neither given in the article nor relevant to the plot. Until you can show independent reliable sources discussing the talking "Egyptian cobra", it's just a cobra. Anything else is original research.

Yes, Wikipedia has articles for virtually every noun you'd care to list. Linking to all of them or even a significant number of them is not helpful. In general, if the average reader who is fluent in English knows what it is and doesn't need much specialized knowledge about it to understand The Lion Guard, do not link to it. Please see WP:OVERLINK.

Both of these issues are common in articles about kids' movies and TV shows, especially if they involve talking animals and/or dinosaurs. Unless there is discussion here, future additions of both these types will be reverted, editors will be warned then blocked, the article will be edit protected, etc. as needed. - SummerPhDv2.0 17:14, 12 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Crocodile episode postponed

[edit]

According to several sources, one of the episodes, Never Roar Again was postponed due to an alligator attack at a Disney resort. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.147.84.144 (talk) 18:07, 27 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
