What's the point?[edit]

"In a documentary on the making of The Misfits, Eli Wallach told a story of Huston directing the scene where Wallach was at a bar with Gable. Huston told him that the most intoxicated he himself had ever been was the day before, even though he had seemed sober. The lesson was that an intoxicated person tries to act sober."

Misfits (Band)[edit]

The (reasonably) popular band "The Misfits" got there name from this movie, and I was wondering if there should be some mention of this in a possible Popular Culture section, or just in a Response section or something... Any ideas? Parad0x130 (talk) 05:30, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please correct a Plot section omission[edit]

Plot section, last sentence of 3rd paragraph should be amended to read “ Guido, Perce, Roslyn and Gay go to a crowded bar, where Roslyn’s skill at paddle ball wins her several hundred dollars from the betting that ensues among all the men at the bar.
