Comparison to Tipping Point
[edit]The last paragraph sounds a bit WP::OR-ish - I appreciated it as a curious reader, but it needs some substantiation (citations, quotes, etc.) Natebailey (talk) 07:16, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
- i've rewritten the summary to remove the OR. Please tag that parts that still seem to be OR. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 18

6-D's not part of this book
[edit]The portion of the article that contains the following informatoin about 6-D's is not found in the The Starfish and the Spider. Someone please correct me if I am wrong - otherwise that portion should be deleted. I believe this information is from a book titled "The Social Life of Information" based on the footnote provided.
"The authors critique the 6-D’s or 6-D vision as a set of beliefs that have an info-centric view [1]: Demassification Firms shrinking in size becoming flexible Despacialization Place is no longer important Decentralization Greater information flow associated with information technology resulting in flatter organizations Disintermediation Role of intermediaries is declining where information can be obtained Denationalization Borders and national identities are becoming less important Disaggregation Things get broken down into their component parts " StanRiggs (talk) 02:52, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
- Confirmed that 6-D isn't in the book. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 18:49, 1 October 2018 (UTC)
Sweet Spot
[edit]The Sweet Spot link is obviously wrong. --Oop (talk) 14:02, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
- Sweet spot is a dab anyway, so I've left it as air quotes for now. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 18:50, 1 October 2018 (UTC)
