Fair use rationale for Image:Coveramymacdonaldthisisthelife.jpg
[edit]Image:Coveramymacdonaldthisisthelife.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Title is wrongly capitalized
[edit]Which affects the search and is wrong nevertheless. All caps in titles. See her web page.--The Smoking Nun (talk) 20:20, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
- While this is true, it is a generally accepted convention to standardize album titles into the most easily readable format. For comparison, see Green Day, who's band name is often capitalized on their albums but who's Wikipedia article is in lowercase. Also note American Idiot, which is in all lowercase on the album art but who's article capitalizes the first letter of each word. Also note that nearly all third party sources, such as the BBC, amazon.com and Amy Macdonald's own youtube page write the title in lowercase. The Wikipedia search shouldn't be affected by this as I've created a redirect from THIS IS THE LIFE to the This is the life disambiguation page. D0762 (talk) 21:05, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
She writes 'This is the life' or 'This Is The Life'. The cover show 'THIS IS THE LIVE' (like many covers all uppercase). One time I found 'This is the Live'. Hey, but why upper 'Is' with and lower 'the'? This does not make a sense! Since all uppercase is not very readable the lemma should be This Is The Life (Amy Macdonald album) --phobie (talk) 01:03, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
- I just think that having every word except the "The" capitalised looks incredibly awkward and amateurish. DoxieVee (talk) 16:46, 6 July 2010 (UTC)
Fairytale of New York
[edit]Can anyone add who sings the male vocal on the live 'Fairytale of New York'? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.215.4.199 (talk) 13:24, 3 August 2010 (UTC)
