Notability on Wikipedia is such a bizarre concept. If a person places 23rd place in the Olympics, she/he will easily be granted a WP article. If a person plays for a single season on a pro sports team, and does nothing of note on the playing field, she/he will get a WP article. But here we have an article about a double bass player who is a Prof at Julliard and the Manhattan School of Music (which are only the most elite music schools in the US) and is principal bass of NY Phil, and there is speculation he doesn't meet GNG. End of rant:)OnBeyondZebrax • TALK19:52, 25 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
