Billy Carter
[edit]The "Billy Carter", billed as a principle actor in this series is not ex-Prez's brother (deceased) or the hockey player. Billy Carter (actor) does not have a WP page. He is this UK actor. ~Eric F 184.76.225.106 (talk) 08:43, 15 April 2012 (UTC)

Episodes
[edit]I laud whoever created the episode list, but seriously, you might want to re-edit it for an NPOV and encyclopedic tone.--Eaglestorm (talk) 02:38, 4 July 2012 (UTC)
That's not the only thing that's been written in a totally POV manner. The "Historical Errors" section start's off like this; "From an entertainment perspective, this miniseries has much to offer, as its cinematography is visually compelling, its original music is very good, and the acting is overall very well done. Unfortunately, there are many historical inaccuracies, some of them so fundamental that if they were corrected, it would completely alter the series.". So I guess whomever edited this is speaking for everyone who may have watched the show, because there sure as hell aren't any citations in support of any of it. To whom is it considered visually compelling, and so on? This article reeks of having been written by a marketing firm... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.9.74.142 (talk) 06:07, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
Name
[edit]I'm discouraged by the title of this show. Blood and Steel is a cool phrase, but it belongs not to the Titanic, but to the United States Army's 3d Cavalry Regiment, and a short speech given by General Winfield Scott: "Brave Rifles! Veterans! You have been baptized in fire and blood and come out steel!" in 1847, after the Battle of Contreras. Blood and Steel is the motto of the 3d Cav, and as such should not be sullied by profiteers.
