[edit]Was he born in 1984 or 94? -- Raziman T V (talk) 12:55, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
- Definitely not 94, but don't have a source for 84, it would be about right though Basement12 (T.C) 13:09, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
- 1984 seems dubious too. His BBC profile says he joined in 2000 having previously been a print journalist. Jimmynuts (talk) 14:14, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
- The 1984 date came in as part of today's amusement - I've removed it. A shame that Pranav was A7'd... Tevildo (talk) 17:03, 29 December 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Is this real, or just added as a jape? 'He is a fan of medieval French poetry and 15th-century Korean pottery, of which he owns an extensive collection and has loaned items to the British Museum. His contributions for the Olympics also included experiments to observe how well he could run in the Beijing smog, and he also "road tested" the new Speedo swimsuit for "groinal roominess"'. It's just about plausible enough not to be outright vandalism, but at the same time, one does wonder. The cited source is only available through archive.org, and only partially. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.109.201.84 (talk) 00:28, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
