Recreated
[edit]This article was deleted due to being prodded by me. From its original text, I erroneously concluded Petrak did not run for president, as he was unable to get enough signatures. However, Petrak actually did run for president, making him notable. The deletion was therefore mistaken, and I recreated the article. It's better than before, so I guess no harm done.
