really bad math[edit]

Near the end of the page, it says this: "The show drew 2.1 million total viewers in its debut episode. Did you notice the age ranges overlap? So obviously some viewers will be in both categories. Bad wording perhaps, but the math is fine. –CWenger (talk) 01:42, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Second Season?[edit]

Right before commercial breaks in tonight's (7-25-10) episode, they ran a bit asking people to apply to become the next top shot. This is indicating that there will be a second season, given the contestants that apply are deemed qualified enough. Should this be included in the article or is it too vague as of yet? Too much going on for a single page[edit]

I'm proposing the "Episode" sections of this article be condensed down into much smaller single line table entries (just number, airdate, title, etc), with a "Main Article: Top Shot Season 1(2) Episodes" link at the top. As it stands right now there's a lot of wide tables with asterisked information beneath, which to me makes it feel like my eyes have to do gymnastics to skim through. The bios do appear to show the team colors, however, contributors to this article cannot assume that everyone has seen these bios. Therefore it is inappropriate to post information ahead of time that might be construed as 'spoilers'. Season 3?[edit]

Alright how do we change the whole elimination placement now? I believe since Jake quit and Mike comes back due to the Top Shot rules that would put Jake in 7th Mike's previous spot and Mike is now in the 1-5 Placement after beating Phil with Phil now 6th Place. Any other thoughts on how to redo the season 3 placements? Season 4 Opening Spoil.[edit]

Did you see George Reinas shooting the Barrett M82A1 rifle again? And he's wearing the "black shirt" (Expert). I guess this season they'll gonna be making a 1 shot 1 kill with the Barrett rifle this time. That'll be pretty cool. Considering non of these contestants have some sniper expertise portfolios.

Reorganization[edit]

I propose that all the tables about contestants, their progress and whatnot, be moved to their respective seasons articles. That's the practice in most reality/competition shows. Thief12 (talk) 04:12, 20 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Support. The individual season articles already have some of the information about the contestants, and the different competitions each week. The reorganization would make it easier to follow each season by looking at only one article, instead of also having to refer to this main article.
