Standings in 2002
[edit]Says Rock finished first overall. They did not. If they had, they would have been playing the championship game at home, not Albany. Believe this should be edited to "first in North Division" (unregistered fan) 99.245.107.184 (talk) 13:11, 3 April 2010 (UTC)
Ladoucer's position
[edit]Uh, Ladouceur is not a forward, no matter what the Rock website says. --Doradus 21:00, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
Position letters
[edit]We need to explain what the position letters mean. I'd add a legend, but I haven't yet figured out what "T" means. (It's not on the roster on the Rock web site.) --Doradus 14:04, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
- "T" stands for "transition", which is not really a position. Most players marked as "transition" players are equally comfortable on attack and defense. --Gperrow 17:21, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
PLay-offs
[edit]The 2006 division semi-final was not in toronto, it was in rochester
Merger proposal
[edit]Request received to merge articles: Ontario Raiders into Toronto Rock; dated: May 2021. Proposer's Rationale: The team shares the same history, and has relocated back to Hamilton. Their Hamilton & Toronto identities are no longer mutually exclusive. Discuss here. Amchow78 (talk) 21:10, 12 May 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose: Just because they moved back to Hamilton doesn't make them the same team. Different name. The "Raiders" are defunct. --MattBinYYC (talk) 20:42, 13 May 2021 (UTC)
- Support: Even if you consider them to be different topics (which I do not), there is no rule against having two topics in one article. In this case there's quite a bit of WP:OVERLAP plus "Ontario Raiders" is unlikely to ever be expanded. I think it makes more sense to tell one cohesive story of an NLL franchise in one article. BLAIXX 00:23, 14 May 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose: They are different topics, and the team moving back to Hamilton does not make them the Raiders again. Yeehaw45 (talk) 04:18, 30 May 2021 (UTC)
