Fair use rationale for Image:Logo tdp.gif[edit]

Image:Logo tdp.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Tour de Pologne or Tour of Poland[edit]

I think that this article should be called Tour of Poland rather than the French name Tour de Pologne. Does anyone disagree ?

Tour de Pologne is the name used by the organisers and in the native language. As per WP:COMMONNAME, it should be at the most common name of the race in the English language. Do we have anything which says it should be either? Severo^TC 20:48, 7 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"Tour de Pologne" is French, and in Poland they speak Polish, so "Tour de Pologne" is not the native variant. It is true that the organisation use "Tour de Pologne", but a google search for '"Tour of Poland" + cycling' gives about six times more results than '"Tour de Pologne" + cycling', so Tour of Poland might to be the most used variant in the English language, even though "Tour de Pologne" is the official name. --EdgeNavidad (Talk · Contribs) 17:36, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What I meant by Tour de Pologne being native is that as a phrase it is used ubiquitously in the Polish language (conversation, media etc). I'd still like to see some links to Google searches for this and if it is moved, plase move the yearly pages, template and category with it. Severo^TC 17:55, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

To exclude other Tours of Poland, I combined the search with this year's winner Daniel Martin:

"Daniel Martin" "Tour of Poland": 7380 results.

"Daniel Martin" "Tour de Pologne": 36500 results.
