Just curious... why are the singles listed the way they are? Are they not just English vs Japanese titles?

These might help for authoritiveness: http://www.gakki.ne.jp/~mamire/tsushimamireweb.2005/tsushimamireweb.2006/kashioshio2006.html and http://musicbrainz.org/artist/018c7633-3941-463a-a2f9-db7801c67f43.html Megaversal

I don't know how to post information on here, but their new album is set to come out on 7-7-07. Its entitled 脳みそショートケーキ. This can be checked on http://www.gakki.ne.jp/~mamire/ They just made i official not to long ago. They have official art work for the album cover as well on their website. They are on july records now, I'm not sure if they changed or were always on that record label, I know their first album was on benten records, so you guys can check that as well.

English vs. Japanese

[edit]

I don't know why the English title of Brain Shortcake [no-miso shortcake] was removed-- but of course the addition of Japanese characters was useful. So I restored the English title and left in the Japanese.

I also implemented the convention of putting translations of titles in square brackets [ ] which is not ideal, but the best I can think of.

Does anyone have a reference for TSMMR's apparent change of label from Benten to July Records? It's presumed they changed labels but I have no reference for it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Frankpettit (talkcontribs) 02:47, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

For references: The new album was released on July Records (as per their homepage). Plus on the news part of their homepage in the '07.9.17 item ( http://www.gakki.ne.jp/~mamire/pc/news.htm ), they mention "JULY RECORDSのアーティストが..." ("July records artists...) followed by "つしまみれのレーベルメイトの皆さんです。" ("Tsushimamire's labelmates"). —Megaversal 01:09, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

TsuShiMaMiRe is one word

[edit]

"TsuShiMaMiRe" is a made-up word, as noted in the article content.
Not sure when or why the original version was modified as a redirect, but the band name should be presented as a single word with stylized punctuation, not five separated syllables.
Adding this to the To-Do list unless there is a strong and citation-supported objection.--GimmeChoco44 (talk) 14:50, 15 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
