Second Hetmanate[edit]

It is Ukraine, not Hetmanate. There was never such a country as Hetmanate. It is a Wikipedian invention. Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 22:40, 4 September 2016 (UTC)
Hetmanate as a state succeeded Ukrainian People's Republic, but politically it was a different regime, that's why it requires a separate article. (talk) 24 September 2016

What's the dashed area?[edit]
