Coordinates
[edit]Hey, can someone add the coordinates for the college? I've done it for Mahindra College already, would nice to have them for all colleges (so people like me can finally find out where Adriatic actually is :-)) How to go about it: 1) Find the college in something like Google Earth and note down the coordinate 2) Put a tag of the type {{coord|18|31|29|N|73|35|07|E|}} in the Wiki text, it will result in something like this: 18°31′29″N 73°35′07″E / 18.52472°N 73.58528°E - which leads users to a page where they can select a map and look at it. Cheers, Tobi Tobi Kellner
- That's cool, I'll do it as soon as I got a couple of minutes.
Image copyright problem with Image:Official logo uwc.png
[edit]The image Image:Official logo uwc.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Bad shape
[edit]This article was in bad shape. I tried to clean up (references were invalid, lots of truly irrelevant or bragging stuff), but there is still more work to be done. The article should really read as a proper and neutral entry and not like a war story of an ex-student (that's what I am assuming go so much funny stuff in there). Honestly: How could a sentence like about the guess and believe that maybe some physicist killed himself (who cares?) survive here so long? Who cares what the residences are called and if there are weekly discussion evenings (on sunday ...). A list of headmasters would be interesting, maybe also a rating of the results of the IB of the UWCAd students. If someone is of a different opinion, let's discuss here. Removal of Banners (Insufficient Citations & Notability)
[edit]Prompted by the recent nomination for deletion, I rewrote large portions of the article and added a large number of references, in both the popular press (NYtimes, Times of London, Vanity Fair, CBC, Time Magazine, etc), books on education, and academic literature. Following these edits and additions, I think the banner could be removed. If somebody else wanted to do so, great, otherwise I'll do so in a few weeks if there are no objections.
