Expansion Needed

[edit]

I have added some small articles on the Voyage, Saveiro & Parati.

What is needed is someone with more info on engine specs and other info to add on to the article.

and Pictures ;) --VWphaetonfan 00:54, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The idea was that the section called "body styles" explains that there are other body styles with parallel histories. I tried to merge all the information into the respective sections. -- NaBUru38 02:28, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sales numbers are seemingly inaccurate and use possibly unreliable source

[edit]

I was reading through Volkswagen's global 2010 yearly report [1] and noticed that the production numbers for the Gol there don't match up to the ones in this article. Volkswagen says they produced 474,905 Gols in 2010, versus 293,614 listed in this article. However, there is some confusion, as their production chart lists the Parati as its own model in a different column, but not the Saveiro and Voyage, leading me to believe they might be combining those into the Gol's totals. Even accounting for that though, the numbers still don't match up for either 2009 or 2010. This leads me to believe that the sales numbers for every other year are probably also innacurate, and the current sources being used for sales numbers may not be reliable. Does anyone know more about this? Specifically about how Volkswagen groups their production numbers? In particular I would love to see a Volkswagen do Brasil yearly report to cross reference, if that exists. TKOIII (talk) 18:17, 6 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
