As part of the Notability wikiproject, I am trying to sort out whether this topic is notable enough to have its own article. This article about a small radio station does not cite any secondary sources. Can you tell me whether the station is notable or not by WP:N? Does it have any more than local significance?

Your opinions are welcome; please add your comments below. --B. Wolterding 18:19, 23 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

According to common deletion outcomes, Licensed radio and TV stations are notable if they broadcast over the air and originate at least a portion of their programming schedule in their own studios. Since they are licensed and produce at least some of their programming, they are probably notable. The article does require some cleanup, though. For instance, the schedule is irrelevant to an encyclopedia, and is likely to go stale over time. Maybe a link to the radio stations website would be better. I'll remove the schedule. --Pekaje 21:29, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I have added an infobox, extra external links, added the station to the Fort Wayne market's template (the station would fall in the Fort Wayne market) and made some slight corrections and removed the redlinks. This should bring it within notability guidelines. Please let me know if other corrections or information is needed and I will be glad to add it. - NeutralHomer T:C 02:07, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Looks pretty good now. The only issue might be that it would be nice to have references to the history section. I see no particular reason to distrust it, as such, so I don't feel that it will make or break the article. Good job. --Pekaje 07:18, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
