The notice at the bottom of this website says "Text and metadata are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License", so it doesn't need to be revision deleted. But if it is restored, the copying needs to be acknowledged, perhaps with a template in the reference such as {{CC-notice}}, to avoid plagiarism issues. Regarding the "use the following format when citing materials" text, that can be seen if you go to the website and click the "Citation" button at the top.
