Requested move

[edit]

WRR (FM)WRR-FM – "-FM" needs to be added to the title, per WikiProject Radio Stations. NTXweather 01:45, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Survey

Add "* Support" or "* Oppose" followed by an optional one-sentence explanation, then sign your opinion with ~~~~

  • Oppose according to the FCC database {{FMQ|WRR}}, the call is WRR. This means that the correct title for disambiguation is WRR (FM). Vegaswikian 05:48, 6 October 2006 (UTC) Withdrawing vote since it is no longer clear what the guideline is. Vegaswikian 06:37, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose as "WRR-FM" is not the call sign of the station. The -FM suffix should be used for FM stations which have an -FM suffix in their call sign, and if they don't have one, disambiguation should follow the AM pattern, which rejects using an -AM suffix since no AM station in the United States (or Canada for that matter) has a call sign with an -AM suffix. — ABCXYZ (talk) 18:52, 18 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WRR

The Dallas city government is keeping WRR “Classical 101” until whenever they sell it. But, no format change has been planned at WRR. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1702:190:DB40:5AB:F828:BA41:C288 (talk) 22:21, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Keep WRR as a classical music outlet. 2600:1702:190:DB40:5AB:F828:BA41:C288 (talk) 16:19, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
