Styling Names

[edit]

(Hi. I'm really new to this, so forgive me if this isn't the right place. Or if this isn't even needed at all.)

Just thought I'd point out that there are inconsistencies with the formatting of the romanized Korean names. I'm aware that both instances in the examples below are acceptable, however it might be better to stick to one format throughout the whole article, for consistency. Examples:

Either Kang Cheol OR Kang Chul

Oh Yeon-joo OR Oh Yeon Joo

Han Cheol-Ho OR Han Cheol-ho

Yoon So-hee OR Yoon So Hee

203.87.133.132: You can read Wikipedia:Naming conventions (Korean)
Kang Cheol or Kang Chul? I don't know if someone in South Korea have 출 (Chool) in their name or not. Because in Cheol (철) and Chool (출), the vowels "eo" (어) and "oo" (우) can be simply written by "u". So to do not be confused, I will chose Kang Cheol.
The Korean name format we usually used in the English Wikipedia is Aaa Bbb or Aaa Bbb-ccc, with the first letters of first name and last name are capitalized, and the others letters are not.
