Path up[edit]
Is it true (or more to the point, referencable) that the path up the spiral was closed for sound-proofing reasons (i.e. the residents complained about the visitors to the cafe treading on their heads?) Heard it, but cannot source it... MadMaxDog 12:28, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
