HarbourTown

Can anyone suggest how best to incorporate HarbourTown into this article (that is, if it should be incoporated)? In particular, should the topic of HarbourTown (a) be thoroughly described within the shopping and dining section; or (b) be briefly mentioned then referred to a specific HarbourTown article?
