Umpqua Valley
[edit]The Umpqua Valley of the Umpqua River is in Douglas County, Oregon and I'm not sure that counts as "near" Mount Shasta.
Umpqua River:
- Whipplea is at coordinates 43°40′10″N 124°12′14″W / 43.66944°N 124.20389°W
Mount Shasta:
- Whipplea is at coordinates 41°18′36″N 122°18′38″W / 41.3098746°N 122.3105666°W
