Merge[edit]

I'm not at all certain that the two masses have separate names. The USGS topo quad shows them as one island, named "White Island". NOAA chart 13283 shows them connected at low water, separate at high, but shows the name "White I" to the west of the pair, where one might expect the name "Seavey" to appear if it were actually in use.

I think that now that we have an article on Isles of Shoals Light, we might just merge this into Isles of Shoals. . . Jim - Jameslwoodward (talk to mecontribs) 15:53, 24 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Support - This article is primarily about the lighthouse already. As for "Seavey Island", the name appears just three times in the nationwide Geographic Names Information System, all in Maine. One, the home of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, is just up the Piscataqua River and has an article at Seavey's Island. Best to merge this article into the lighthouse one and remove the confusion about Seavey. --Ken Gallager (talk) 19:40, 24 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Support The other islands only have their own sections as part of the Isles of Shoals article, why does this merit a separate article? Richard3120 (talk) 23:56, 14 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
