The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Whitfield, Kent/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

The main weaknesses of this article are:

primarily, that it is completely POV - ie that it simply dwells on the modern aspects of the place: nothing about the fact that it is one of the oldest of all Kent parishes!
how can there be 8000+ people living there when the info box clearly says 4600 three years ago?
too many external links - which should be turned into references
reference to the future development are both undated
reference to Dover Pride (incorrect) is not referred to in the article Peter Shearan (talk) 10:30, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
