Name change?

I checked all the references and article content as it exists to date and could find nothing to support her changing her name. I did see one article with a picture of her marriage certificate but was unable to read the names on it to see if she changed it. Needs a reference if she did change her name. Info at Dancing with the Stars (U.S. season 23) and references therein show her using Witney Carson as her name as of September 2016 so strongly doubt she changed her name.
