Merger to article on hardworking families
[edit]- Not thoroughly opposed to it but just as happy for this article stay separate --Matilda talk 01:59, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
Reading hardworking families drove home to me what I hadn't realised before: that Rudd's "working families" line is by no means a novel piece of rhetoric. Unless there is some reason to believe that Rudd's use of the term is fundamentally different from previous uses, I don't think a separate article is warranted. Hesperian 02:08, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
- I think keep the articles separate to avoid an OR-style synthesis unless/until a reference is found that links the two, and put hatnotes on both articles. --Melburnian (talk) 06:42, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
- I didn't think of that. I'll withdraw the merge nom for now. Hesperian 00:03, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
