WikiProject Yugoslavia[edit]

While not wanting to start some kind of an edit war here, I am reasonably sure that the article is within the scope of this project as it is related to Yugoslavia. It was one of the first such schools (oriented towards mathematics) in Yugoslavia, its students participated in numerous competitions in Yugoslavia, as well as in many Yugoslav science olympiad teams. Not to mention the (maybe less relevant, but still worth noticing, taking Yugoslav political climate of the sixties into account) fact that the first principal of the school was the sister of Vladimir Bakarić. Therefore, I'm putting back this WikiProject Yugoslavia notice. Peasantwarrior (talk) 13:22, 30 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Similar schools[edit]

All schools of this character in Croatia have the same curricula, so there is no need to specifically mention that in the article. The part "...counted among Croatia's top institutions of secondary education." is as well not true. There is no official list of Croatian top educational institutions or researches that would state those three schools to be "top institutions".--Sjena444 (talk) 01:03, 21 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

References to Yugoslavia throughout the article and the sub-programs in the national program curriculum under the "Curriculum" section[edit]

By every mention of Yugoslavia I added the word "former" because that is currently the official name and it is important to have that information written down accurately in the article. There are a lot of foreign people that do not know if Yugoslavia still exists or not and if a parent of a prospective student is looking in to the school he/she might get confused regarding that part of the information. It is also the correct way to reference the history of XV. Gimnasium. I also edited the "Curriculum" section, adding the names of the sub programs, and rewording some sentences for a better flow. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jayco12 (talkcontribs) 23:52, 26 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
