That changes is incorrect. The Text not about WEY, it's Xiang Yu not QIN.

PLEASE BE POLITE. ADHZ07111989 (talk) 07:40, 26 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You are the one who is being really IMPOLITE. What do you mean by "Stupid as hole" in your edit summary? I never said such a word in my comment. Besides that, as I clearly mentioned in my summary the source you provided does NOT say Yang state ended in 206 BC, so basically you are providing an INVALID reference for your claim. Why did you ignore this part of my comment? If you still want to claim that, provide a better source instead. --173.206.165.117 (talk) 00:24, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
On the other hand, I have reliable sources supporting that the Yang state was conquered by the Jin state in the 7th century BC. Similar to your reference, my reference is in Chinese language too, but it clearly says that the Yang state was conquered during the reign of Duke Wu of Jin (r. 678–677 BC). The URL is:
http://zhzp.huhuhu.net/news_view.php?id=235
The original text in Chinese is:

至周桓王时,公元前678年曲沃武公统一晋国,史称晋武公。晋武公灭杨国,以杨国古地赐予其少子伯侨,伯侨之曾孙羊舌肸食采于杨邑,其后裔以邑名为杨氏。

English translation:

During the reign of King Huan of Zhou, Duke Wu of Quwo unified the Jin state in 678 BC, historically known as Duke Wu of Jin. The Yang state was conquered by the Duke Wu of Jin, and ancient lands of the Yang state were given to his son Boqiao...

It is begining of Bo Qiao Yang Kingdom. That true the land is conquered spesial for give to Yang Kingdom of Yang Bo Qiao. Thanks a lot Bo Qiao also rise Yang Kingdom its second phase.ADHZ07111989 (talk) 08:56, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

No, that is not correct. The source above said the The Yang state was conquered/annihilated by the Duke Wu of Jin, i.e. the Yang state ended by the Jin in the 7th century BC, not that the Yang state started its second phase at all. Furthermore, as I mentioned earlier YOUR SOURCE did not say the Yang state ended in 206 BC (or after it) anyway, so it needs to be changed again to match the source. --173.206.165.117 (talk) 12:14, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Reference for Foudner[edit]

http://zhzp.huhuhu.net/news_view.php?id=235 The original text in Chinese is: 至周桓王时,公元前678年曲沃武公统一晋国,史称晋武公。晋武公灭杨国,以杨国古地赐予其少子伯侨,伯侨之曾孙羊舌肸食采于杨邑,其后裔以邑名为杨氏

Its said Jin Wu Gong defeated Land of Yang and give it to Boqiao. And Boqiao become Yang Bo Qiao give raise for Yang Boqiao's Yang Kingdom. Its year 677 BC.

It is begining of Yang Boqiao/Boqiao's Yang Kindom. Its begining not end. Please discuss before make any funny changes.ADHZ07111989 (talk) 09:33, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You are the one who made funny changes, i.e. not adhere to the source at all. Why did you ignore the text that clearly says The Yang state was conquered/annihilated by the Duke Wu of Jin (晋武公灭杨国) in the source? That is, the source explicitly says the Yang state ended in the 7th century BC, not the beginning of the Yang state. Also, your comments contradict with yourself: if the year 677 BC is really considered the start of the *second phase* of the Yang state as you say, then it is not the start of the Yang state at all, but just the second phase of it. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as the second phase of the Yang state in the source anyway, which clearly says the Yang state ended because of the Jin conquest in the 7th century, and not the beginning of the Yang state "second phase". It must be changed to match the source. The start year of the Yang state has been left empty for now since it is not mentioned in the source, and the year 206 BC should not be mentioned as well since it is neither mentioned in your or my references. --173.206.165.117 (talk) 12:25, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It's start of BoQiao Yang Kingdom, please see another text as appear in the article. The Area conquer is give to BoQiao to rise Yang Kingdom. Yang's State before Boqiao's Yang State not in this article. Thx. 70.39.186.238 (talk) 07:50, 28 September 2014 (UTC)— Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.39.186.238 (talk) 07:44, 28 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

As long as there are sources saying so, I will be fine with them. Wikipedia is based on reliable sources. --173.206.165.117 (talk) 02:59, 29 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Start year is Okay[edit]

I didn't really worry about this. Please look at another references. Now I will empty also the end year? ADHZ07111989 (talk) 08:00, 28 September 2014 (UTC) Please respond.[reply]

I agree that the start year is okay. As for the end year, if you have other reliable sources which clearly give other end years (but not that source about Xiang Yu, which did not give an end year for the Yang state anyway), I will be fine with them. --173.206.165.117 (talk) 02:42, 29 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Start year[edit]

Proposed start year:

This is around 已有3000多年的历史. 36.77.221.129 (talk) 09:53, 14 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
