About
[edit]I started the article because it seemed incredible to me that the SOURCE for some of the citations in the work named Yesodei Smachos, namely Gesher HaChaim, had no article. Due to how Chofetz Chaim, Divrei Yoel and many others are known by the name of their first/major work, I named the article for the person and the redirect for the work.
- (1) I never though of him as an Israeli Rabbi - most of his life, 76 of his 83 years, there was no State of Israel.
- (2) This is not an Israel-stub. It is about a person. It is about Jewish Law. People die world-wide. Jewish Burial law is a major focus of his major work. The Engish translation is published with a secondary title of "the Bridge of Life."
- (3) I've added an 11th citation
- (4) I corrected Israel-stub to Rabbi-stub
