SLIDE GUITAR;;;; It's very possible that it's is Brian Jones playing Slide on this song. In the movie, Shine A Light, it's Ronnie Wood's playing. Couldn't agree more!! It's very possible that on "Let It Bleed" that it probably is Brian Jones playing slide. Because you'd think logically it only makes sense. Ronnie Woods does a wonderful job on this one!! Keith can't hold a candle to Ronnie's slide playing and he knows it. If you listen to the album you'll know that it's probably Brian Jones on the original take. Not the first time nor the last time the Stones took credit away from Brian Jones. The image Image:LetitbleedRS.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. Mick Jagger not appearing in final recording[edit]

Is there any reason why the final recording of this song was released without Mick Jagger? I can't imagine a Stones song without him. Keith Richards also sang lead on "Happy" (from Exile on Main St) as well as "This Place is Empty" and "Infamy" (from A Bigger Bang) but Mick Jagger sang backup in those songs. I've always like the Stones but (and I don't mean to be subjective) I'm kind of hesitant to listen to this one because it doesn't have Mick Jagger and I can't imagine a Stones song without him. Can anyone explain that? Maybe it already explains in the article, I haven't read in so long.--Kevjgav (talk) 07:32, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
