iOS 7
[edit]- ... that the Jony Ive-designed iOS 7 will feature fewer skeuomorphic elements than previous versions?
- Comment: No opposition to a better hook; hopefully I should have it fully expanded by the end of the week.

1) It seems difficult for this article to comply with articles D6 and D7 of the Supplementary guidelines. (No edit-warring and an article should be complete, not a work in progress). At the moment there seems to be some edit warring, and the article is still a work in progress. 2) You have not reviewed another hook yet, as per QPQ 3) You did not create the article as you stated here above, rather you helped expand it. There are quite a number of author's who worked on this article. It seems only fair to give the most important of them credit as well. 4) Not all references are ideally formated yet. - Hey: Re 1), the work I was intending to do (fleshing out what was then the criticism section) was done by another editor, and I don't believe there is any edit warring; just undoing of good faith edits without references. Re 2) I'll find a hook to review in short time. Re 3) I'll look in the history for significant contributors. Re 4) I'll work on those too, hopefully over this evening. 22:17, 18 June 2013 (UTC)
- Update: sorry for being MIA. #1 should be moot, #2 I'll do presently, #3 I've done, #4 was already done by other editors. Sceptre (talk) 22:51, 9 July 2013 (UTC)

- In relation to guidelines D6 and D7 (edit-warring and completeness): there is a steady stream of additions and reversions, but I have spot-checked several and all seem to relate to reversions of vandalism or good-faith additions such as non-free screenshots. Also, this is already a high-traffic article, so this is to be expected. The article appears to be complete in all major aspects now.
- QPQ has been done.
- All major contributors have been correctly credited, according to my reading of the contributor history.
- The creation date was 10 June, ignoring an irrelevant earlier revision which was redirected. Length is fine.
- Referencing is good and is all formatted correctly. I have checked a number of the references for factual accuracy, copyvio/close paraphrasing and reliability, and am satisfied.
- Note: I have altered the hook to use "fewer" rather than "less". (I'm reading it as "a smaller number of skeumorphic elements" rather than "elements that are less skeumorphic", although I suppose it's a bit ambiguous!)
- The hook fact is cited in the article and is verified by several other refs as well.
