Norwegian butter crisis[edit]

Norwegian butter

  • I suggest a couple of alternative hooks which are perhaps a little less US-centric. Prioryman (talk) 02:02, 1 January 2012 (UTC)

  • I don't see how you're coming up with the price per kilo using ref 1. PumpkinSky talk 02:34, 1 January 2012 (UTC)
  • I don't see it either. I've taken that ref and the fact it supported out altogether; I suggest forgetting about the first hook and focusing on the two alternatives that I suggested. Prioryman (talk) 03:04, 1 January 2012 (UTC)
  • I didn't make the article, but in this ref, it's stated "Given that reports suggest butter had been selling eBay for $13 per 250 grams, this illicit haul would have been worth $4680." $13 per 250 grams equal 52 USD per kilogram, doesn't it? But I believe the two alternative hooks are good. Mentoz86 (talk) 09:59, 1 January 2012 (UTC)
I think it best to avoid the original hook. Both ALT1 and ALT2 approved, with a preference for ALT1 PumpkinSky talk 12:44, 1 January 2012 (UTC)
