There is no such article as "Pandas as professional genealogists, and the Haridwar article has not been expanded at all; indeed, the nominator has not edited anything along these lines, so it's a puzzle as to what is being nominated and what relation they have with it.

- @Siegsander: It isn't clear what article the nominator wants to nominate, but I assume it is the article provided in small text. That article is ineligible, as it is not new enough.
