Rashaya
[edit]- Reviewed: British Paraorchestra
Created/expanded by Paul Bedson (talk). Self nom at 18:22, 13 September 2012 (UTC)
- Length after expansion, date and sourcing all meet the requirements. I think you could mention that Neolithic material was found in the Roman temple for the hook to make it more interesting though. Overall, Nice work, --Al Ameer son (talk) 03:02, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks for the encouragement. Oh boy, would I love to link the Roman temple left of the road to the Neolithic flints found 3km north of Rashaya (or as Moore calls it Rakaya) (presumably to the right of the road in the hills behind Kfar Qouq) and more surrounding sites like Bab Sghrir, but am trying to restrain a POV in this area. The two sources are separate, so no link can be made, much as I would love to see encouragement for investigation into the basal layers of the Roman temple sites in the Beqaa valley and Wadi al-Taym. I am at present unable to find enough secondary sources reflecting this to avoid OR. Paul Bedson ❉talk❉ 11:47, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
